
This year marks the launch of our on-line process which allows you to register for the conference itself, and reserve a place in sessions and workshops which will allows you to develop a personalized schedule. While you may wish to register for the conference and reserve sessions at the same time, it is not necessary, as you may continue to return to the site and customize your schedule throughout the conference.
To register for an Exhibit Hall Only pass select Register for Conference. This will take you to the Attendee Registration page. Here you will enter your e-mail address and select Next. If you are new to LetsGoExpo you will proceed to the Event Registration page, where you will fill in your information. If you have previously registered with LetsGoExpo at any time, you will be asked to login and then proceed to the Event Registration page, which will be pre-populated with the information you last provided. Once you have entered and confirmed your information, select Register to proceed to the Event Options page.
On Event Options you can select your choice of conference options. This includes options for selection of Pre-Conference and conference attendance, alternate format program, and accessibility services. If you would like to visit the Exhibit Halls Only please choose the following:

Once you have made your selection of options, select Next to proceed to the Payment Options page. On this page choose the Check, Money Order option and then select Next to complete the registration. Now when you come to the conference you will be able to quickly obtain your badge and exhibit hall pass.
Please use the attendee registration to complete your speaker registration. This will allow you to complete your speaker registration and select your event options for being an attendee. Once you have completed the registration you may begin reserving space in sessions.
Keep in mind that no matter the option selected for "*Conf. Registration" the fee will default to the current speaker fee. Pre-Conference options are an additional fee.
Speakers can now register for Pre-Conference workshops. We apologize for any inconvenience.
To register as an attendee select Register for Conference. This will take you to the Attendee Registration page. Here you will enter your e-mail address and select Next. If you are new to LetsGoExpo you will proceed to the Event Registration page, where you will fill in your information. On Payment Options you can choose whether to pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express), check, money order, or purchase order. If you qualify for a discount, you will enter your discount code on the Payment Options page. Criteria for discounts is listed on this page. Choose your payment method, enter a discount if one applies, and select Next. If you chose to pay with a check, money order, or purchase order you will be presented with an invoice. Please print at least two copies of this invoice. Keep one for your personal records, send one copy with your payment, and use any additional copies for your own needs (i.e. PO request, travel authorization, etc). Once you've completed your printing, select Return to Conference. This will take you to your conference notebook. You are now ready to start reserving spaces in sessions. Please note, if we do not receive your payment by March 9, 2007 your reservations for sessions will be cancelled.
If you paid with a credit card you will proceed to the Payments Information page. On the Payments Information page you will enter the information pertaining to your method of payment and billing address. Once you have entered your information, select Register for Event. You will automatically be redirected to your conference notebook and receive an e-mail shortly from LetsGoExpo which is your receipt. You are now ready to start reserving spaces in sessions.
Once you have completed attendee registration you can begin reserving spaces in sessions. To begin select About Sessions. About Sessions contains information about both the general sessions and Pre-Conference workshops including pricing, descriptions, and the ability to view schedules of sessions. Select whether you want to view the schedule of Pre-Conference sessions or general sessions. You will then proceed to schedule of sessions sorted by date and time. You may re-sort the sessions by topic/track or speaker by selecting the appropriate option following View by. If you know the complete title or a portion of title of a session you may use the search function to find the session.
Once you have found the desired session select the ID of the session. You will then proceed to the Session Details, which contains the session's ID, date, time, level, location, abstract, and speaker(s). To reserve your space, select Reserve a Seat. If you receive a message about a problem reserving a seat, you may not have registered for the day the session is available. If you would like to make a change to your registration, please contact our conference staff at (818) 677-2578 or conference@csun.edu. If you are succesful in reserving a space, you will see a message indicating so along with a link to view your notebook. The notebook is where you can view your reserved spaces in sessions. You may choose to view the notebook or select Back to Schedule to continue looking for sessions.
If you attempt to reserve a space in a session that will conflict with another reservation you have made, you will receive a message indicating such a conflict. If you would like to cancel a reservation you have made, you may do so by selecting Notebook, then selecting View Reservations in the appropriate schedule area to view your reservations, and then selecting Cancel on the appropriate reservation.
