Criteria
- Major player in an industry or geographic area
- Ability to market the product throughout the target market via Partner's resources
- Support team on staff to supply all aspects of sales, setup, configuration and Level One technical support (non-error/bug related support)
Duties: Partner
- Marketing
- Sales, & reseller development
- All pre and post sales support for clients
Duties: LetsGoExpo
- Supply of product
- Level 2 technical support as needed (error/bug related support)
Performance Criteria
- Meet minimum quarterly sales criteria established at the beginning of the relationship and updated from time to time.
- One quarter grace period without sales for new Strategic Partners
- Acceptable reviews by clients (3 or greater on a 5 point scale on satisfaction surveys of reseller's clients)
