Criteria

  1. Major player in an industry or geographic area
  2. Ability to market the product throughout the target market via Partner's resources
  3. Support team on staff to supply all aspects of sales, setup, configuration and Level One technical support (non-error/bug related support)

Duties: Partner

  1. Marketing
  2. Sales, & reseller development
  3. All pre and post sales support for clients

Duties: LetsGoExpo

  1. Supply of product
  2. Level 2 technical support as needed (error/bug related support)

Performance Criteria

  1. Meet minimum quarterly sales criteria established at the beginning of the relationship and updated from time to time.
  2. One quarter grace period without sales for new Strategic Partners
  3. Acceptable reviews by clients (3 or greater on a 5 point scale on satisfaction surveys of reseller's clients)
